During my 12 years as a software developer I've been exposed to a large volume of projects, ideas and methodologies. I've learned a lot from these experiences, from working in a team of one out on a client site for 6 months, to leading a team of 5 developers building a complex web application. I enjoy working with people, and I love designing and building solutions that don't needlessly complicate things. I like to keep it simple. I wish to continue in my role as a technical lead, and in the future I'm hoping to work on some exciting green-fields projects with the ability to explore emergent technologies.
