We seek your expertise to:

  • Inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modelling data with the goal of discovering useful information, informing conclusions, and supporting decision-making
  • Contribute to reporting and insights capabilities
  • Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that customer data requirements are captured and solved
  • Use your technical and business expertise to help customers:
    - to process their data. I.e. write scripts to convert customer data to our format
    - to load data into our systems
    - to help draw insights and answer data-related queries
    - to create self-serve dashboards, allowing customers to analyse the data themselves
    -to interpret customer data, develop insights and potential actions
  • Develop a high-level understanding of our platform on a technical level and the business problems we solve 

Key to being Successful

You’ll likely do well with:

  • Experience with people analytics, workforce planning and reporting is highly desirable
  • Experience with:
    - Data wrangling inc. spreadsheets & pivot tables 
    - BI reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Redash)
    - Databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch)
    - Data pipelines, data ingress/egress
    - APIs e.g. REST, GraphQL
    - Data transformation scripts 
  • Highly skilled in analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated role in balancing technical design with business objectives
