Explore Structures Beta
We’ve enhanced the Explore Structures feature. You can now view parent tags as breadcrumbs, even when a tag has multiple parents. This makes it easier to navigate and understand your data hierarchies.
Tag Details
As part of the improvements we’ve been making to the new explore structure page we are extending those same enhancements. to the tag details page. We are continuing to improve this with more informative overlays and details.
UI Update (Headers and Side-nav)
We’ve made navigation more intuitive and customizable:
- Easier-to-understand navigation.
- More customization options, including custom gradients for teams, tags, and people.
- Compact header mode: This slimmer header gives you more screen space, especially helpful for Org Charts and Planner/Forecast views—ideal for users on smaller screens or laptops.
Profile Photos
- Upload profile photos: Once you migrate to the new UI - users can now upload your own profile picture from your personal landing page—a much-requested feature! We plan to extend this to teams and tags in the future and welcome your feedback.
- Integrate profile photos: For organisations using systems like MS Entra ID (common with M365 and MS Teams), we’re piloting profile picture syncing. If you use another system and want to sync profile pictures, please contact your Customer Success representative.
Embed TeamForm Page Beta
You can now embed TeamForm pages directly into your local intranet (currently supporting SharePoint and Confluence, with more options possible). This allows you to display live TeamForm content—such as Team, Tag, or People Details—on your intranet, reducing the need for static PowerPoint slides. Contact Customer Service for more details.
Planner and Forecast
We’ve improved the stability and performance of the Planner and Forecast pages. It’s now easier to use Forecast: you can navigate input boxes with arrow keys, and tabbing across fields is more efficient.
Chat with TeamForm
Chat with TeamForm is our first AI enhanced capability to help answer questions about people, teams, tags, goals, work and more. Rather than having to create a custom report or ask a data analyst, Chat with TeamForm allows you to get answers directly via a familiar chat interface based on your data in real-time. We are evolving this capability and would love to hear from you about the types of questions you have of your TeamForm data.
